I love Camp Cherith! This summer is going to be my 4th year attending CCWNY. Last year I was there for 4 weeks and during that time I became closer to God than I was before summer started. I would highly recommend CCWNY to anyone who was looking into sending their kid(s) there. The counselors and other staff are the best around. You could go to them for anything and they would help you to the best of their abilities. The activities they have are great! I won't be changing camps anytime soon :) -Hannah; Camper
There is no better place on earth to feel God's presence. My kids have grown up at CCWNY and beg to go back every year, even after they were too old to be campers. They learned what is truly eternally significant at this camp. - Georgia; Parent
ALL my friends know this is the best place on EARTH!!! We drive 6 hours to get there, I feel very strongly that this is a very special place. My daughter talks non-stop about her Camp Cherith experiences and cannot wait for her next time there !!! The adults (staff) are very carefully selected, creating an amazing group of role models and a fabulous group to positively influence our children. In today's world we need all the positive influences we can for our children. And lastly, the food is served family style, well balanced and tastes great!!! -Ellen; Staff
I love Camp Cherith! I have been a camper since 2nd grade, and have worked there for the past 3 summers. The ‘family’ I have because of camp never ceases to amaze me. The staff and campers have fun as they grow in many ways! Camp is an environment where everyone is accepted, learn about themselves, others, and mostly God and His love for us. -Alana; Staff
My children have attended this camp for many years and love it. The staff are attentive and caring but more importantly great Christian mentors. My kids love the activities, cookouts, campouts and the evening campfires. The site has great variety with rolling hills, large fields, a stream, pond, and woods for hiking and camping. Friendships made at Camp Cherith are long lasting and seeing those friends is something you can look forward to when you return each year. I am so thankful for the life skills that have been learned at Camp Cherith WNY and for the Christian growth I've seen in my children after camp. -Parent
